A shopping trip to the past at the 7th International Reenactors Fair

The Reenactors Fair in Minden is going to take place from September 30th to October 1st 2017. Building upon the positive response of all visitors, traders and exhibitors in 2016 the reprise of the event will take place on Kanzlers Weide again.

As in the previous years, international traders are going to present a vast assortment of goods. From linen, wool, cotton and silk textiles to finished costumes for both children and adults, to jewelry, sewing patterns and leather goods, the bounteous selection represents the epochs from antiquity to 1918. Add to this furniture, tents, hand-made shoes, glass, books and other literature and ceramics as well as countless smaller and larger pieces of paraphernalia. A further highlight was the fine selection of weapons and firearms from the above-mentioned epochs.

On the Reenactors Fair you can find a variety of accessories a reenactor needs to craft and complete his equipment.

The broad offers are also interesting for fans of LARP and fantasy as well as all visitors who enjoy historical things and history itself.

In addition to the traditional goods suppliers, who represent various epochs the big outside area on Kanzlers Weide is one of the special highlights.
Besides the presentation area for the international groups you can also find a historical food court there to look, try and stay around.

Another special highlight will be the cabaret program on Saturday and a campfire.

You can find an overview of all fairs and markets of the Association pour l'Histoire Vivante here.
